Algorithms

The algorithms team falls in between the Perception Team and the Electronics Team. They take the MIDI note data from the Perception Team and then work on converting it into finger/note pairings for the Electronics team to use to play the piano.

The main goals for Algorithms this semester are

• Successfully parse XML input from the Perception Team

• Communicate with Electronics Team to determine proper output format

• Successfully implement Viterbi Algorithm and output data correctly
